JV Check-In

Please 'check-in'/let the coaches know you have completed the workout by using the comment function . Completing the workout everyday (except Sundays) is MANDATORY, as you need to be strong for stunting. No Workout, No Stunting, let's start the season off right. The check in should look as follows:

(Name)- Workout Completed: (date) (time)

Example: 'Coach Mamie- Workout Completed: 3/30/15 (8am)'
